The cultural whirlwind that is New York Fashion Week is finally over, leaving trend analysts to debate what we’ll be wearing in the spring. Never mind that autumn has barely begun and few among us have had a chance to flaunt the gray ankle boots and abbreviated coats we’re expected to rock this fall.
Judging from the runway, spring 2008 will have splashes of color, but it won’t provide a drastic contrast to the subdued fall palette of charcoal and chocolate. Here’s a sneak preview of what lies ahead: Here comes the sun . . . again
