Candice Oglesby of Columbia began planning her wedding with fiance Titus Williams in March after he proposed.
While they have organized most of the details for their May 2008 nuptials, the couple attended the Ebony Elegance African-American Bridal Fair on Sunday to see whether they had missed any details and to find other possibilities for their big day. One item the couple had overlooked was defining their budget.
